Break Free Expeditions Ltd (also referred to as the company) reserves the right to alter itineraries as and when necessary due to operational requirements, and to substitute comparable accommodation, transport and sightseeing services as necessary. The company is not responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred by participants as a result of events that are beyond the company’s control. This includes but is not limited to strikes, industrial action, weather or any other man-made or natural occurrence. Travel insurance is compulsory for all participants.

Cancellation Charges

Unless otherwise specified for a specific trip, the following cancellation charges apply to Volunteer Build trips:

• Immediately - Loss of Deposit
• From date of final payment until departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
• All payments made for trips are non refundable
• All cancellation charges are on a per person basis
• No refunds can be made once a tour is underway
• Travel insurance is compulsory for all participants on this tour
